Covering the major GCSE and IGCSE exam boards AQA, Oxford AQA, Edexcel and WJEC Eduqas, we focus closely on past paper practice and exam techniques to boost your child’s grades. I have extensive experience of boosting students' G.C.S.E. grades up to +3 to grade 9 or from a low starting grade to a strong pass. I achieve this by focusing on exam strategy, applying the assessment objectives to their answers and providing feedback on how to improve. I also make available supplementary material such as model answers for further guidance, which students have found very helpful. While the focus is always to deepen a student’s knowledge and understanding, we might also need to fill any gaps in knowledge as and when they arise. Every student after all is a unique individual!

As an alternative to tutorial sessions, I also provide a past paper setting and marking service by email with detailed feedback.
